We can put together a Jimmy John’s DoorDash order around 10 AM for lunch around 12 PM.

- You’ll be introduced into the reception hall at 6:25 PM sharp by Travis.
- We’ll need your help getting everyone outside for fireworks. We’ll escort guests out at 10:50 PM for fireworks at 11:00 PM sharp.
- We promised to have the reception hall cleared by 11:00 PM (per the venue contract).
- You’ll help the groomsmen get everyone outside to the front of the venue and help get the sparklers lit for our send-off at the front of the venue at 11:15 PM sharp. The groomsmen will have torches, and you’ll have the sparklers to distribute to guests. The sparklers will be left in the bridal suite — grab them after fireworks on your way to the front of the venue.
good to know
- Meg is bringing donuts in the morning! 🍩
- Bring light snacks to the venue in case donuts and Jimmy John’s don’t float your dietary boat.
- Have your bridesmaid dress on a hanger — the photographer will grab getting-ready detail shots.
- We’ll take some getting-ready photos together in robes/PJs.
- After photos, get dressed and pack up all your belongings in your car by no later than 4:15 PM, please (other than a small kit for any hair/makeup touch-ups you might need).
- All hair/makeup touch-ups can be done inside the bridal suite during the cocktail reception and must be completed by 6:05 PM. After that point, you will no longer have access to the bridal suite area.
- The bridal suite must be completely empty after 6:05 PM so that Meg & Bryce can meet in that room right after the ceremony / before dinner to have a few quiet minutes alone and eat a small plate of their wedding food before they are introduced inside the reception hall (and hide from guests for a few minutes if they need a quick breather to recharge during the reception). Meg is an introvert who needs recovery time from group socialization. Ha.
